Hot Girl Flow is a Pilates session for the girls who glow differently.
It is a feel-good mat Pilates session set on the lawn of Morabito Art Villas — designed to help you move slow, breathe deep, and start your week glowing (not groaning).
It is a 45 minutes session of sculpting, low-impact Pilates led by our instructor. Expect deep core work, graceful burn, and that post-class softness only a morning by the sea can give.
After the flow? Fresh coconuts, barefoot breakfast, and space to just be.
