What is Second Life by Wear Rame?
Second Life is our lifetime care program. We offer free repairs for life on eligible Wear Rame pieces, so your favorite outfits never have to end.
Which items are eligible?
All authentic Wear Rame products are eligible, provided they are in wearable condition. We may ask for proof of purchase or photos/videos to confirm.
How long will the repair take?
Once we receive your item, repairs usually take 7–14 business days, plus return shipping time.
Will my piece look brand new again?
Repairs are made to restore functionality and extend wear, not necessarily to brand-new condition. Think of it as a little refresh for your favorite piece.
How many times can I use Second Life?
There’s no limit. If your item qualifies, we’ll repair it as many times as needed, for life.
